About the Master Key Journey

The Master Key Journey 🔑 Email Series is delivered via a series of emails that are sent out over a period of 24 weeks, with each email containing valuable insights and exercises to help you unlock your full potential for manifestation.

<aside> 🦁 Each week has three parts which combine to complete a theme related to consciousness. The parts are a summary of the original teachings, an example from the book or from modern times illustrated by a memorable quote, and an excersise you complete at home. I’ll also be there each week to share how the teaching relates to the 7-11 model of Universal Consciousness.

The program is based on the teachings of Charles F. Haanel, author of the classic book, "The Master Key System." Haanel's teachings have been used by successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, and other high achievers for over a century to achieve their goals and create the lives they desire.

Each email builds upon the previous one, helping participants to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential. The program covers a wide range of topics, including goal setting, visualization, positive thinking, and the power of the subconscious mind.

Daily Routine

Here's a daily checklist that can guide you as you work through the series :

  1. Morning Visualization (2 minutes): Start your day the second you wake up with with rush of excitement for your realized life and endorphins that lead you to physically stretch. After your stretch, take three seconds to flex all of your muscles, or as many muscles as you can. Hold this for the for three seconds, and then release and relax. Along with flexing your muscles, flex your energy by putt Along with your physical calming, calm your mind.
  2. In your intentions for the day. Visualize your desires as if they're already achieved. Feel the emotions associated with your desires.
  3. Affirmations (5 minutes, 2-3 times a day): Repeat positive affirmations that align with your desires and the concepts you're learning. Alternatively, play a youtube video that pops up when you search manifestation affirmations.
  4. Read Email and Digest (5-20 minutes): Reflect on the concepts and how they apply to your life. Keep the ideas handy, and take a note anytime you find your day involving these concepts. Review these later in your evening reflection.
  5. Mindful Moments in Silence (throughout the day): Practice mindfulness during your daily activities. Be fully present and engaged in what you're doing. One technique is to zoom out, and allow your consciousness to expand around you to see the entire activity. This allows you to let go on any specific perception, allowing you to be mindful of your own perceptions and their skew.
  6. Planning for Tomorrow (5 minutes): Use the activities in this checklist to be sure you can incorporate what you need in your activities for the next day .
  7. Evening Reflection (5-10 minutes): At the end of the day, reflect on your experiences, achievements, and learnings for the day. Focus in to feel and lend space to pain and discomfort and then zoom out to bring clarity and realignment. End on gratitude seeing your goal completed, and if you have a question or decision to make, now is the time to ask the subconscious.

P.S. The time durations are just suggestions. The key is consistent daily practice.
